Peter and Carolyn,

They will be pleased to undertake an initial shop for you
if you let them know your requirements in advance.

NB
- All bookings for the gite are subject to our Booking Terms and Conditions (which can be downloaded from our website if not sent with any other communication) and will not be accepted without a completed and signed booking form
- The number of people may not exceed the number booked and paid for and should be confirmed when the final payment is made. Failure to advise the correct number of people staying in the gite may mean cancellation of the booking and the loss of all monies paid
- During the high season (5 July to 30 August 2009) we are happy to accept smaller parties than 8 people but the minimum price for the period of £2,200 will still apply
- Rental periods shall commence on a Sunday at 5pm and finish on a Sunday at 10am.
- Prices are payable in Sterling for the maximum number of people in the party.
- A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Guests should ensure that they have a comprehensive travel insurance policy, including cancellation cover (see Booking Terms and Conditions).
- Final payment is due 8 weeks before commencement of rental.
- A Security Deposit of £500 is required and payable with the final balance payment.
- Prices include electricity, gas, final cleaning, supply and laundry of bed linen, bath, hand and tea towels.Guests are
required to bring their own swimming towels and towels for the
removal of hair colourants or self-tanning lotions.
